Danny Bharat

Danny Bharat serves a dual role as the VP Finance Canada and VP Planning Analytics at American Tire Distributors (ATD). ATD is one of North America’s largest auto-aftermarket distributors with its 4,000 employees and more than 140 distribution centers and operates one of the largest tire distribution e-commerce websites with tirebuyer.com. In addition to influencing operational decision-making and strategy for the Canadian business, Danny leads the enterprise finance analytics team, tasked with developing business intelligence and analytics capabilities to drive business insights and value creation for the business. Prior to ATD, Danny has been a CFO and held a variety of senior roles in finance, corporate development, strategy, general management, operations, merchandising and procurement. He has experience in a variety of businesses such as Bureau Veritas, Wolseley Canada-Ferguson, Sears Canada, PepsiCo, and Air Canada. Danny is a CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Biochemical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
