Sean Xu Executive Director -- Information Management Sean is the executive Director of Information Management in MGM Resorts International with over 20 years of IT experience in a variety of industries including hospitality, financial services, banking, information services, retail and manufacturing. Sean’s main areas of expertise include enterprise data management and information architecture including Data Platform, Data Integration, data engineering, BI/DW, and Cloud Computing. In his current role, He has lead IM organization to deliver Business intelligence, Enterprise data warehouse, Data engineering, Data integration in Cloud-first approach. Prior to joining MGM, Sean held leadership positions in well-known organizations including Motorola Solutions and Oracle. Sean holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and a Master degree in information management from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. He holds a TOGAF 9 certification.
