Venky is a senior leader with 25 years of professional experience in Transaction Banking Operations, Institutional Operations, Credit and Sales. Since 2012, he has been responsible for building out the Payments & Cash management platforms and capabilities at ANZ in APEA to increase scalability and support business growth. Venky also has the leadership responsibility for the day-to-day operational outcomes for customer service and operations teams across the Asian region. From 2007 to 2012, Venky was ANZ’s Global Head of Trade & Supply Chain Operations. In this role he was responsible for global service delivery to the customer and for transforming the TSCO operating model. He has successfully led large global team and established market leading service, risk and compliance practices. Prior to ANZ, Venky was an Executive Director with ABN Amro and was responsible for the bank’s Global Service Centre in Chennai. Prior to that, he held Sales and Credit roles at GE Capital. Venky lives in Singapore with his family.
