Chris has been with John Hancock Financial Services for over 15 years building, evolving, and leading operational teams. He is currently responsible for all facets of robotics at John Hancock and supports the RPA efforts globally for Manulife’s Wealth Asset Management segment. Chris lives just outside of Boston with his wife, three children, and four Labradors.
