As vice president, Enterprise Initiative Support, Christy Schultheiss is responsible for leading process improvement (including automation), business project management and change management, in support of strategic initiatives and functional priorities. She joined Lowe’s in 1992. Christy has more than 26 years of experience, crossing the store operations, internal audit, new business development, and process improvement disciplines. Previously, she served as vice president of process excellence. During her tenure, Christy also has served in various management roles, as well as roles in Lowe’s stores. Christy received a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA with a concentration in global management. Christy is also a Certified Internal Auditor.
