Henry Lyles is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement & Technology Enablement, Global Shared Services (GSS). In this role he is responsible for providing strategic vision, development and execution for the Global Continuous Improvement (CI) Programs, and the Technology Enablement efforts for the North America, Europe and APMEA Shared Services organizations. A pivotal aspect of this role involves collaborating with GSS and Global IT partners, to ensure alignment and success of CI and automation initiatives and service delivery. Another aspect of Henry’s role is driving best practices in performance management across GSS globally. Henry joined McDonald’s in 2010 as the Director of Oracle Support. During that time, he was responsible for leading the 24/7 Tier 2 Oracle Business Support operations for Oracle Financial modules. These operations included: AP, GL, Cash Management, AR, Fixed Asset, I-Expense, I-Procurement, and Project Costing, which supported employees throughout the Global Shared Services organization.
