Henry Lyles is IA Chicago's Chair for 2020 and couldn't be a better choice. He has over 20 years’ experience in transforming business operations and has considerable practice employing a combination of RPA, lean and six sigma to improve processes, engage senior stakeholders and manage change. He’s currently McDonald’s Director for Global Business Services, which includes the Operational Excellence & Automation Center of Excellence for RPA.
Henry has worked at McDonald’s for ten years, however before that he also held positions in Financial and Systems Analysis at United Airlines, Kraft Heinz and IBM. As IA Chicago brings together a range of senior attendees across industries and functions, Henry’s cross functional experience in finance systems, shared services and operations means that he’ll be able to provide a high level perspective that ensures the event’s focus remains on using automation as a strategic business tool, as well as the effective coordination of automation projects across business units and the IT function.
