Priya Nair, joined BMO Harris Bank in March, 2017 in the process delivery team and is currently part of the newly created Business Transformation team within the Personal and Business Banking pillar. In her new role, she is responsible for leading efforts in identifying and implementing transformative initiatives that leads to positive customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and boost growth. Over the course of her career, Priya has worked at several different companies such as Grainger, Mondelez, Kraft and PWC, leading in finance and process re-engineering efforts. For Priya, the one perspective that has held true across all organizations she has worked in is that “there is always a better way”. In her current role, Priya continues with that mindset and is looking for process design opportunities in collaboration with the RPA team at BMO that would leverage Robotics, machine learning and analytics to drive efficiencies.
