Renee Holderbach

Senior Vice President, Operations Accounting & Culinary Systems/Ops Darden Restaurants

Renee Holderbach was named SVP, Operations Accounting in June 2016. Renee is responsible for leading this Shared Services team for all Darden brands. She is a strategic partner focused on delivering superior service, maximizing the effectiveness of how services are delivered, leveraging tools such as RPA for Process Improvement and attracting and retaining employees who are driven to serve. Renee's 34-year career at Darden has included progressively responsible positions within various Accounting and Finance areas.  Prior to this role, Renee was SVP, Finance for Specialty Restaurant Group for two years. Renee was responsible for all financial aspects of SRG’s portfolio of brands, which included The Capital Grille, Eddie Vs, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze and Yard House.  Renee, a certified public accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Southern College and an MBA from Rollins College. She is an American Red Cross Board Member.
