As Vice President, Risk and Governance for DevOps and the Testing Center of Excellence, Technology Infrastructure Services, Claire is accountable for risk and governance activities for PNC’s highest-profile infrastructure teams. She collaborates with two directors, guiding strategies to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and governmental regulations. She leads with process simplification, sharing automation and compliance ideas to mitigate technology risks. She joined PNC in July 2018.
Prior to PNC, Claire spent 15 years with Xerox Corporation, in positions of increasing responsibility across organizations including Human Resources, Communications, Sales Engagement, Business Services, and Technical Product Development. Most recently, she was an IT Senior Business Operations Manager, supporting supply chain and services, and accountable for the financial, organizational and governance duties related to IT infrastructure. She managed an annual budget over $70M, including staff, operations and engineering investments, particularly the strategic portfolio.
Throughout her career, Claire has led rigorous process improvement and cost-cutting initiatives, organizational restructuring and resource development, and ensured that communications kept teams informed and engaged. Her hallmark optimism, collaborative work style, learning agility, problem solving skills and communications expertise have enabled her to succeed in each role, and to strengthen her strategic business -focused foundation.
