Digital marketing and business transformation leader, Francesco has joined a number of global corporate brands at times of deep industry disruption helping them in translating change into tangible business results. Landmark projects included the design, development and launch of My Vodafone app in 9 EMEA countries to reinvent customer interaction and retention as well as the integration of AI and real time regression modelling on Acer global websites to gain efficiency in a profit scarce industry. Now EMEA Digital Director at JLL, Francesco is engaged in omnichannel hyper-targeted marketing activation and in plugging digital as business transformation driver. Francesco started his career while still in Law school, founding a digital marketing consulting boutique firm specialized in the travel industry and two startups, one focused on travel and one on consumer electronics. Having worked and lived in Europe and Asia Francesco’s global reach on the innovation ecosystem allows him to support new businesses as mentor and teach branding and marketing classes at top MBA/EMBA classes.
