He has hands-on experience in developing learning models and intelligent systems to reduce costs and fraud, as well as to improve Customer acquisition and retention, sales and achieved margins.
His practice focuses on two areas critical for corporate success with Intelligence: aligning investments to RoI, and setting up AI services in ways that can be successfully governed, owned and matured by organisations over time.
