Ted Shelton is the Chief Customer Officer at Catalytic, an innovative technology company that helps people, bots and AI work better by reducing mundane processes, increasing efficiency and improving work quality. Ted joined Catalytic in 2017, simultaneously leading marketing, sales, customer service and partnership programs. Prior to his current role, Ted was a senior partner with Genpact, a $5 billion market cap BPO and technology services company where he led digital transformation business, including AI and automation projects for Fortune 100 companies. An accomplished technology executive, Ted has held executive, senior consultant and board member positions at Borland, PwC, Cognizant, as well as a number of startups. Ted holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
