Global People and Organization Automation Lead Mars
-Analyze Mars Global HR Shared Service operating model and service catalog to identify suitable processes/services for which deployment of automation technologies could yield significant business benefit in terms of operating cost, product quality, legal compliance, service experience or Associate engagement.
-Build functional and technical depth in intelligent automation tools (RPA, Chatbots, OCR) for Mars Global HR Shared Services, getting more out of Mars HR technology ecosystem (SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, O365)
-Lead team of Regional Automation Leads for Mars Global HR Shared Service operations teams (Americas, Europe, China/Australia/New Zealand, Russia) to manage project pipeline, fluidly compose & dissolve project teams and ensure business benefits achieved are relevant to operational objectives
-Regularly represent Mars Global HR Shared Service progress along the desired path of evolution to Mars HR leadership, celebrating successes, accepting new challenges and adjusting priorities along the way.
-Represent Mars Global HR Shared Services in Mars Global Services Transformation workstream governance, ensuring that the Mars Global Services HR deployment contributes to development of the One Mars Global Services approach and also conforms to the same with respect to project team composition, business case formulation, value capture, and automation control protocols
