Mr Gregory Au-Yeung

Chief Information Officer - Greater China Saxo Bank

Greg is currently CIO, Greater China for Saxo Bank.  Prior to joining Saxo Bank, Greg was the Head of Technology China at UBS, responsible for managing the technology footprint in China that covers various business functions across the country.  Before UBS, Greg has held senior technology positions at different global banks building captives in China, including ANZ, Morgan Stanley and State Street Bank.  During his times working in China, Greg has also been involved in building a microcredit & Peer-to-peer (P2P) business. 

Greg has been appointed as senior consultant and visitor professor for Shanghai Jiaotong, Fudan and Zhejiang Universities, specializing in financial technology.  He is also the China columnist for Shanghai Daily, ComputerWorld and various newspapers and magazines in Hong Kong and China.

Greg graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Westminster (UK), and had completed the Executive MBA program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He is also a Chartered Information Technology Professional; a Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society and member of the British Computer Society.
