Jed specializes in the 0 to 1 of building and scaling new tech ventures. He has launched 2 new businesses in the last 4 years, including Ericsson’s cybersecurity practice. His current unicorn-scale mission is the API Economy.

He currently heads Rakuten RapidAPI- the world’s largest API Marketplace. Rakuten RapidAPI is a venture established with A16Z-backed portfolio company, RapidAPI. The platform has a combined global footprint of 10,000 APIs and 1MN users globally, including partners like Microsoft, Twilio and Sendgrid.

He is an active contributor to the startup ecosystem as an investor, advisor and Techstars mentor. A true global citizen, he has lived in 7 countries in the last 7 years. He holds an INSEAD MBA.
