Sugata Sarkar is a senior technology thought leader in Standard Chartered Bank. He is currently Global Head of Integration Services and spearheads Bank’s integration ecosystem that contributes to internal and external messaging, SOA, API and Open Banking. Sugata is responsible for building fit for purpose and growth integration solutions to catapult Bank’s digital transformation. Prior to leading Integration stream, Sugata had been in Financial Markets Technology in Standard Chartered as Head of eFX Technology and FX Auto Hedging platform.

Sugata holds a Master’s in Business Administration from BIM and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University.
