Gerald Pullen

Head of RPA Centre of Excellence Lloyds Banking Group

Gerald has been with Lloyds since 2000 and has held a variety of roles in that time, specialising primarily in operations, customer service and end-to-end customer experience improvement. Today Gerald leads the Centre of Excellence for RPA within the Group’s Transformation Division, leading an enterprise-wide deployment that supports transforming the Group for success in a digital world.


Gerald is a qualified in a number of improvement disciplines, including Lean and Six Sigma, and holds a post graduate qualification in Customer Service Leadership  from Warwick Business School.
