Geoff is the CIO of AstraZeneca Asia and founder of Arcadious Games. He loves the simplicity and foundational development, striving for perfect internal ecosystems and the enablement of deep analytics. He strongly advocates for the removal of overcomplication that has surrounded the tech industry in recent years. He shares a strong interest in innovation that is delivered in a structured, scalable way.

Geoff began his career as a programmer for PepsiCo, moving into IT business partnering for Aon Hewitt, and finally settling within the Pharmaceutical industry at Sanofi. During his time in Sanofi, he delivered a transformational digital strategy as well as establishing the foundations of a single performance dashboard for their speciality care business globally.
