Over 17 years of experience in building and leading teams across a diverse set of assignments, predominantly in retail operations, back-office operations, customer service, technical support and general administration. His key strength is that he is result oriented and able to deliver on key operational KPI’s while maintaining focus on people and P&L.
He has worked directly and indirectly for companies in multiple industries such as retail, banking, media, publishing, telecommunications and technology. He had the privilege of working with colleagues, customers and clients in the US, Mexico, UK, Central Europe, Asia and India.
He has built expertise in designing & managing operations, leading transitions & migrations, managing projects and delivering process improvements. He has been best utilized when he has been given opportunities to set up teams or to introduce new technologies or processes within existing teams. He also work well with cross-functional teams, especially technology and has a fair amount of experience in working with suppliers and vendors.
His current objective is to introduce robotics process automation in Tesco. Along with this, his intention is to find ways to up-skill people managers on tools and techniques to identify improvement areas within their teams, and helping them achieve this through RPA.
