Joel Leong is the global Talent Management Director at Jabil Inc, a $22 billion Fortune 200 organization that’s a leader in the supply chain and electronic manufacturing sector. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for a wide range of enterprise-wide talent and human development interventions. These include talent strategy and framework, team and leadership development and performance management.

Prior to joining Jabil, Joel was the APAC Head of Learning and Organizational Development in Bank of New York Mellon. Before that, he has held leadership roles in renowned global organizations from several sectors, including banking, pharmaceutical and energy.
