Johnson Mah is a National Professional Officer for the World Health Organization’s Global Service Centre in Malaysia. He is part of the Compliance, Reporting and Technical team and manages technical solutions such as Sharepoint, electronic tendering system, content management and CRM. Before his 11 year tenure at the Organization, he spent 6 years working as tech support for various IT organizations such as HP, Microsoft and Logitech. He believes that RPA will be a part of the Organization’s future and he wants to maximize its potential to help his colleagues to perform better.
