Joel is an Assistant Vice-President for Process Excellence and RPA at OCBC Bank’s Global Consumer Financial Services (GCFS). Joel’s portfolio within GCFS includes Group Lifestyle Financing, Consumer Secured Lending, Group Marketing, and Branch Banking. Joel has more than 17 years of Process Excellence experience in Manufacturing, BPOs, Insurance Operations, Investment Banking Operations and recently with Retail Banking. Joel holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
