Norma leads the MSIG transformation team with keen focus on service, process and digital, including the adoption of Fintech and Insurtech solutions. She leads the implementation of key projects under MSIG’s digital strategy, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), e-Workflows and Digital Workplace.

Norma has more than 12 years’ experience in the General Insurance industry in both Business and IT areas and managed cross-functional initiatives across the APAC region. Prior to her role in Singapore, she has worked in a regional capacity, including assignments based in Thailand and Malaysia.
