He has worked with companies like Eli Lilly, GE Capital International Services and IBM. For the last seven years, he has been working for Sun Life wherein he is the Head Operations and Enablement. He set-up a contact center in the Philippines and comes with a good experience of driving the use of Value Stream Mapping to Re-Engineer processes and identify opportunities for RPA to enhance productivity and improve client experience.
