Winnie Wong

Winnie Wong is the Head of Operations Innovation & Resilience for AXA Affine General Insurance with more than 20 years in Financial Industry (Banking & Insurance) covering Operations Excellence and Technology Innovations. She specializes in Robotic Process Automation, Business Process Improvements, Digital Channels Development, Customers Experience, Project and Program Management, Payment Systems and Contact Center.  She has implemented many impactful RPA projects and had won several regional awards from AXA Group and was awarded ASIAN 2018 HR Best Recruitment Innovation at ARA2018. She was also part of the founding team for the award winning Group Internet and Mobile Portal (Maybank2u) and responsible for rolling out Global Continuous Improvement & Business Transformation Programs in the APAC Regions for banks. She is instrumental in introducing Lean and Agile cultural mindset change programs to the current and various companies that she has worked in. Winnie holds a Professional Degree in Computer Science and is also a certified Project Manager and Lean practitioner.
