As a part of the Intelligent Automation Agenda, Intelligent Contract Management (ICM) explores the potential of semi- and unstructured data in the form of text. ICM takes you on a journey from semi- and unstructured data to structured data. The conversion into structed data enriches companies with new data-points that was previously non-obtainable, which opens a gateway into previous untouched areas to be explored and exploited. Examples given; an automatic extraction of legal clauses based on the written contract, which are directly loaded into a Sales System for monitoring and increased business insights for improved processes and managerial decision making; or the submission of a ticket that is automatically routed to the correct business unit and level of expertise, based on the content of the ticket, increasing customer satisfaction, while optimizing the ticket-routing process. ICM offers a lot of unique possibilities based on your type of company and can transform the current way of doing business.
