Subir Chandra is an accomplished professional in this field and likes spending a lot of time with people( Employees, consumers and customers) to understand the ‘real’ problem to solve and the opportunity.

He has gained a lot of knowledge through doing and building expertise in domains viz., Finance, Credit, HR, Retail, Corporate and investment banking products.

He is an engineer by training and holds an MBA from University of Bradford, UK and Lean Sigma Black Belt( Qualtec, USA) ,MBB( BQF, UK) and most recently trained in LUMA Design thinking, Agile PO and Design Thinking from MIT. He has worked in various companies like Larsen & Toubro( India), Owens-Corning ( USA and UK), RBS-NatWest ( UK), Deutsche Bank(London) and currently in DBS, Singapore as Head of Experience Design and Digital Transformation in Risk Management group. Prior to this current role, he was head of Employee Experience Journey programme for the bank.
