Important Event Updates Regarding COVID-19
Dear all,
We regret to inform you that the event is now cancelled.
The safety and well-being of our customers and our people are of utmost importance, and we are following all travel and health advisories from the World Health Organisation (WHO), Singapore’s Ministry of Health, Philippine’s Ministry of Health and all respective National Health Authorities.
Yesterday (12 March 2020), The President of Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte announced the new local & travel restrictions (click here to view official document) as follows:
1. The Code Alert System in Philippines for the COVID-19 public health event is hereby raised to Code Red Sublevel Two (2).
2. Community quarantine is hereby imposed in the entirety of Metro Manila.
3. Entry travel restrictions shall be imposed upon those travelling from counties with localized COVID-19 transmission, except for Filipino citizens including their foreign spouse and children, if any, holders of Permanent Resident Visa, and holders of 9(e) Diplomat Visas issued by the Philippine Government.
This means that our international participants (Australia, USA, Japan, India, Singapore and Malaysia) for the 3rd RPA Philippines event will not be able to enter Philippines.
As such, due to the Philippines Government imposed restrictions, we will have to cancel this event.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recognize all of the incredibly hard work our speakers and sponsors have already put in to the program and we appreciate your continued support and willingness to work with us as we navigate this unexpected challenge.
