Abby Cenzon (Past Speaker)

Abby always believes that “If you don’t change, you can become extinct!”. This is a quote from a motivational business fable that was published last 1998 and was on the list of New York Times business bestseller for almost five years.

Abby Cenzon has a rich and meaningful experience in the banking industry for 11 years. She started as a business analyst under Financial Reporting managing Citibank’s Global Consumer Information Database. She also handled process migration work for some business units under Citi financial Japan and China. After 6 years with Financial Reporting, she then transitioned to Systems Operations pioneering the Global Data Warehouse team . She was able to establish the operations and helpdesk support catering to over 30 countries globally. She was then given an opportunity to be part of the Global Re-engineering team handling automation and process improvement projects. Abby trained for RPA last Nov 2016 in Mumbai, India and was able to create and deploy various RPA BOTs globally.  

After her time with Citibank, Abby moved to AXA Philippines and is the current Automation Lead andfocuses on the bleeding edge of technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence/Chatbot, together as a Digital Mentor for the CFO of AXA Philippines under the program of Reverse Mentoring. She was also able to establish the RPA COE and is continuously spreading RPA Awareness and RPA BOT development throughout AXA Philippines.
