Christopher Vitek manages the Global Contact Center Strategy &
Consulting operations at UiPath, For most of the last 23 years, Chris has
been an independent consultant optimizing complex processes, building
Information systems, communications networks and contact centers around the
world. During this time, he has been a member of the board of directors of the
Society of Communications Technology Consultants, a member of the Society of
Workforce Planning Professionals, a member of the advisory boards for the
Illinois Institute of Technology Real-Time Conference, and a founder of the
WebRTC Expo. Prior to that, he worked in the communications
businesses for GE and Northern Telecom.
