Jenie Policar (Past Speaker)

Jenie Policar is a Black Belt Six Sigma certified with 15 years of experience in Business Process Improvement. She has diverse work experience in project management, vendor management and start-ups in various industries like manufacturing, consulting, contact centres and shared services. She is currently the Director of Performance Management and Continuous Improvement in Vestas which also includes heading up the RPA Center of Excellence.
