Ma Luisa N. Malapitan (Past Speaker)

Ma Luisa, or Oui, joined AIG in 2003 as an Insurance Operations professional for one of the pioneering teams of its Manila-based Operations Center. Through the years, she was given various roles of increasing responsibility and entrusted in managing specialized operations units. In 2014, she joined the Process Excellence team, a Direct Operations Support unit in charge of Operational Excellence. She was later promoted to lead the Manila Life & Retirement Process Engineering and Automation Solutions team in 2018 where she is involved in identifying and recommending improvement opportunities, building a culture of excellence through Lean Six Sigma training, and providing automation solutions using RPA.

Oui is a certified Internal Quality Auditor, a LOMA FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) designee, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
