Mukunth has more than 25 years of finance experience, mostly in the BPO industry. He is passionate about digital accelerators, especially around the automation of e2e processes.

He is currently leading the Smart Automation team in Shell, delivering automation solutions for Shell's finance processes across the globe. RPA is one of the key enabler in their Automation journey. His responsibilities including identifying the right tools for automation, building and testing the solution, providing 24/7 run and maintenance support for all RPA solutions.
